1. The Parties

The seller is ENK Dmytrii Varlamov, org. no. 935 444 578, hereinafter referred to as the "seller."

The buyer is the consumer who places an order in the online store.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in NOK and include value-added tax (VAT).

Payment is made by card or via Vipps. The amount is reserved at the time of order and charged when the item is shipped.

3. Delivery

Normal delivery time is 2–7 business days from the order date, subject to availability and shipping capacity.

Delivery is made to the specified address via Posten or Bring.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

This applies only to unopened and undamaged goods. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, and a withdrawal form must be completed.

Exceptions: Opened or used pet food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5. Returns and Refunds

After the return has been approved, the amount will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Complaints and Claims

Defects or issues with the product must be reported within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered.

According to the Consumer Purchases Act, you have the right to file a complaint for up to 2 years.
