Standard Terms and Conditions for Consumer Purchases

Payment
We accept payment by card and Vipps. The amount is reserved at the time of order and charged when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. All prices are stated in NOK and include value added tax (VAT).

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This applies only to unopened and undamaged items. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Returns for Pet Food
You have the right to cancel your purchase and return unopened pet food within 14 days after receiving your order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must complete the withdrawal form and return the product in its original, unopened packaging.

Please note:
Pet food that has been opened or used cannot be returned for hygienic and health-related reasons.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Complaints and Claims
If any issues arise with the product, or if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within a reasonable time. We kindly ask you to send an email including a photo and a description of the issue.
You have the right to submit a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
